1. Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
1.2 Worldwide Shipping
SwipeNice ships internationally. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Morocco: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 4–8 business days
- International (rest of the world): 5–12 business days
1.3 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
1.4 Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by SwipeNice.
1.5 Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or external factors.
Delivery times are estimates only.
1.6 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, SwipeNice is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

1.7 Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare products
- Items not in original condition
- Returns requested after 7 days
2.3 Return Process
